Building a classroom that strives for inclusivity is a priority for Andrew. The theatre setting welcomes people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Inclusivity is the foundation of all of Andrew’s lessons and is always kept at the forefront. Working in an inclusive space invites students to feel more comfortable and confident in themselves, which allows for more natural collaboration and efficient work.
